This vacant home had been partially remodeled and put on the market but they were not getting any offers. Showing yes, but when prospective buyers were in the space they could not figure out how they would set it up, so Realtor Sue Howell suggested staging.
My challenge was to create a believable main living space that buyers could believe would work for them using normal-sized furniture.
This home will never live large although there are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, but for the person who wants to always feel like they are on vacation in a charming sun-filled home this is a definite must see.
