These owners live out of state and they asked me to oversee the preparations of their condo which included finding and hiring painters, selecting paint colors, hiring cleaners, renting furniture and getting it set up for them using some of my accessory inventory. I started with an empty white space and presented them with a home away from home that they enjoyed worry-free for the summer.
