We are adding on a second floor to this existing home. The second floor has a large media room, bedroom and bathroom, office & attic storage. On the first floor the renovation includes a half bath, bar &new patio & decking:UPDATE: As of today 2/20/15, we are 4 months into this project and are on the punch list for the job! The client added a back yard space with deck and built in spa which we are waiting for the spa to arrive
