This was a really fun project to help market this $9.7M dollar listing. We created a highly custom Matterport 3D virtual tour that included a custom video where the agent welcomed the guest inside and a life-style video to showcase this beach front property, as well as many other features such as images and tags as you walk through the home. Our marketing package assisted in selling this home to an out-of-the-country buyer. This is the future of real estate.
