We took a curatorial approach to design for the living room and adjoining study in the 2012 Marin Designers' Showcase, gathering inspiration from diverse sources: Yves Saint Laurent's remarkable homes, the aesthetic of midcentury France, Maison Jansen, the furniture of Jacques Adnet, and the dramatic views of the San Francisco Bay.
