This sophisticated ranch house combines the features of a private retreat with capacious rooms for entertaining the whole family. We created a palette of materials and furnishings that were neither too feminine nor too cowboy - a gender neutral environment to make both clients happy. The rotary-sawn, barn-wood walls and wide-plank reclaimed pine and fir floors throughout create an ageless feeling. The decor mixes country antiques with a touch of ranch, and includes the clients' gorgeous American Indian basket collection.
