The DSA Residential Remodel team worked to bring this dated home up to date. This remodel worked to give the homeowner a greater use of their existing spaces and create new spaces that allowed for a an indoor/outdoor living experience that is desired by homeowners in Florida. The attached existing Florida Room was expanded and remodeled to tie seamlessly into the rest of the home and create better circulation and use of space throughout the house. This space created an open concept living space that flows into the existing dining and kitchen space. The rear of the home off the living was opened up the the exterior pool and newly created covered lanai and outdoor kitchen with large sliders highlighting the view. A new Master Suite was created with large walk-ins and en suite by re-configuring existing bedrooms. A new 2 car garage was added on to the home and connected to the main house by breeze-walk covered by beautiful tongue and groove ceiling. With the new garage addition, the design off the existing garage located in the rear of the home by the pool could be reworked into a Mother-in-law-Suite, complete with a new bathroom configuration.
