We converted this 4 family brownstone into 4 condominium units, while also expanding it to the rear for additional square footage within each unit. Additionally, we added 200 sq foot decks on the rear of each of the upper floors and a 1,000 sq foot private yard at the garden level. We rebuilt & reattached a period correct cornice and restored the facade to respect its historic origins.
