In this notably innovative project, we created New York City's first smart roof constructed around the building's existing water tower. This Upper East Side project was crafted for a 167 unit co-op and features a 22kW solar PV array, extensive rooftop garden, and integrated rainwater attachment that irrigates the garden and saves the building 612 gallons of water annually.
