In this Harlem townhouse project, we worked closely with our clients to make sure their 1,280 square foot rooftop was functional as an entertaining space for guests and a safe area for kids to play. This renovation features a 10.5 kW solar PV array on a raised canopy, a wood deck and dining area with custom-fabricated bench seating and walkway fixtures, landscaping that includes planters and an irrigation system, new LED lighting, an integrated monitoring and controls for solar electric system, and a security system with multiple cameras.
