Two stories project located in South Miami (FL). The house has an “L” shape and it is surrounded by green areas, including a pool, a barbecue spot and a peaceful side yard enjoyable all year around. This house is located in a corner lot, which has a particularity: one of the sides of the lot has a 35 feet building setback, making that side the backyard.

The project itself has two stories; the first floor being the garage, kitchen, laundry room and family room integrating the kitchen and a very long spacious Great Room for the dining and the living room, which confronts the pool.

We want to highlight that in the side yard, there is an imposing oak tree, making that area a pleasant place to enjoy all year around. Another particularity about this side yard is that it is surrounded by a vegetable wall that is kept and maintained.

On the second floor, we have the Main bedroom on one side, which looks to the side yard and the oak tree, having this great privacy but also a view of nature. The rest of the second floor, walking side to side to the house, can get into the other three bedrooms, each with a suite and a closet. And at the very end, we have a large Family Room, which can also be a flex bedroom, with its bathroom.
