The challenge on this project was to infuse new life into a sad decor which was actually hiding the beautiful view overlooking Kempenfelt Bay on Lake Simcoe. The one limitation was that the wallpaper had to stay... Not a problem since it was a classic in great shape and every bit as appropriate today as when it was installed years ago. With the addition of millwork which neatly incorporates the window valance and the addition of window framing draperies along with beautiful new upholstery fabrics on the old furnishings, this condo took on a whole new and welcoming presence!
