An apron fireclay sink; backsplash from brick style polished single ceramic tiles and coordinating cabinetry handles & faucet put the finishing touches on the storage efficient cabinetry which includes a pantry & corner fly-moon pull out. New Karndean Korloc Select Smoked Oak luxury vinyl plank flooring provides 1100 sq.ft. of seamless durability from the front door through the entire first floor. And to make sure there's unobstructed functional and aesthetically pleasing lighting, Luna 3" LED potlights were installed in the ceiling & Magic Lites under the upper cabinets - all on light-control dimmers.
