Client Need:
The client’s existing aging ranch-style home sat on a challenging two-and-a-half acre site. The goal was to completely remodel the property, working with steep canyon inclines and ancient, unpredictable soil and native material. And the final property aimed to maximize every inch of the land, adding a modern pool and tennis court and incorporating original custom woodwork.

Our Solution:
This project combined the complex technical work of demolishing 90 percent of an existing structure and excavating down to formational soil, with the craftsmanship needed for stunning design features and custom woodwork throughout the home. New, deep foundations built a canvass for a dream home with mahogany floors, bespoke cabinetry and furniture, a gourmet outdoor kitchen and state-of-the-art technology, fittings and appliances in every room.
