A true diamond in the rough! When we started speaking with our client, we were confident that we could transform this unused basement into a fully functional entertaining area. Our Architect found a great solution by Relocating the stairs to the upper level, which opened up the space for a bar area and a comfortable living area. The old staircase did not meet the building codes and the new stair is wide and welcoming. Our design team worked with our clients for their final finishes. With the addition of a bedroom, office, and full bathroom, the unused space was a welcome surprise to our homeowners.
