Industry leader Beasley & Henley Interior Design, installed the clubhouses and amenity spaces at Veve at Castle Hill in the Central Florida community of Clermont. Veve, a 326 unit $46 million development, is a vibrant new, garden style apartment project, rising out of the rolling hills of Clermont, a desirable, active community with hills, lakes and open spaces.
The Beasley & Henley team created the Veve interiors to have the look & feel of an upscale resort & spa. Through oversized, light filled windows, residents enjoy the warm wood floors, the bold artwork and the unexpected, eye catching light fixtures. Staggered white, textural tiles mark the main clubhouse with large scale beams overhead which are stained to match the impressive wood flooring. A color scheme of soft whites, rich browns, with pops of greens and blues carry through the clubhouse, common areas and offices.
The team was pleased to work with developer Quivet Creek Development LLC and architect Fugleberg Koch (www.fuglebergkoch.com) on Veve’s 10,000 sqft of amenity space which mixes casual modern with a unique contemporary, urban perspective.
