Industry leader and market specialist, Beasley & Henley Interior Design, (www.BeasleyandHenley.com) is proud to have completed the interior design for 2 model apartments for Bainbridge Communities (www.BainbridgeCompanies.com) at in their eponymous ‘Bainbridge Winter Park’ community. The one and two-bedroom model apartments were installed early this month. This new multi-family community is located in the heart of Winter Park, Florida with its renowned museums, luxuriant gardens, contemporary shopping, and fine dining. Beasley & Henley Interior Design also design the adjacent JUNO multi-family project in 2018 which recently sold to Blackstone for a record dollar amount.
The talented design team at Beasley & Henley created the 2 min-century styled model apartments with a sophisticated flair inherent in the community. The units feature 12-foot high ceilings, gourmet kitchens and private balconies for luxury living. Modern furniture with artful accents was selected by BHID. They give the project a unique personality while creating a feeling of livability. The contemporary artwork was brought in to enhance each model in the most glamorous way.
The one-bedroom model interiors capture a classic warm, rich style. Furnishings are more tailored and jewel-tones are featured in the upholstery and bedroom accent paint. The apartment’s modern style leans toward mid-century with its warm wood tones and uncluttered clean-lines.
