A Modern Farm House

Over 20 years in the making, this site combines a stunning formal landscape near the home with the surrounding restored native prairie and oak savanna. The formal landscape boasts a pool with Iowa stone and hand made custom cushwa brick decking, a formal rose garden, a water feature in the form of a stream, and a dramatic pergola covered in trumpet vines. The native environment is showcased with restoration to its former state, including common plantings like coneflower, bee balm, aster, black-eyed Susan, and Joe pye weed
