Designed as part of an exclusive, three home urban community, this 4,400 sqft residence combines bold, interior architecture elements with a tactile and sensitive material palette. By infusing intimacy into an expansive, open plan, the residence evokes the truest sense of “home”. The house has been organized to reflect the owners’ frequent entertaining and social schedule. Putting the living spaces on the second floor provides the public gathering spaces with great views of the neighborhood and skyline beyond. Strategic window openings were considered in order to provide views of the property and skyline while simultaneously preventing privacy conflicts with the neighboring houses.
