Accessory Structure Attic Conversion
Two car garage had open loft space framed out with no walls or floor. We restructured to open the floor plan, added walls, floor and heavy timber detailing for a guest room / hang out space. Full bath, wet bar, murphy bed and loft spaces included into scope of work.
