The Umami Burger Founder and multi tasking restauranteur Adam Fleischman wanted a clean minimalist look with soul.
We executed just that! On the sparse side - offsetting the vast expanse with a 30ft ceiling height - we sprinkled in key Vintage pieces, adding character, uniqueness and soul....the chaise is from a famous psychologist (which name we cannot disclose), the bar a piece from a defunct Los Angeles meat packing plant, etc...
