This perfectly located Madison home had everything the homeowners wanted, except for a large eat-in kitchen. By removing the back deck and bumping out part of the first floor, we were able to create a large kitchen complete with island, sideboard and plenty of room for a dining room table.
A new bathroom, coat closet, and outside deck and portico were also installed.
A new patio area was also put in to complete the project.
