We constructed this ADU (accessory dwelling unit) in the parking area of our homeowner’s lakefront property. A detached two-car garage sites on the ground level. On top is a 528 sq. ft. studio apartment. The finished residence features a modern kitchen, a full bathroom, a living space with a built-in Murphy bed — and stunning views of Lake Washington.
