The bathrooms in this 1920’s home were home due for an upgrade. Our team gutted both — and completely modernized them. Upstairs, we reconfigured the layout. Smart design choices, like adding a standing shower below the skylight and built-in storage underneath the slop of the roof, are great ways to maximize the space in a small room.

Downstairs, we kept the same layout but retiled the floors and replaced the window over the bathtub. This space features quality upgrades, like a cast iron tub and Carrera marble vanity. Small touches, like the honeycomb tile, pay homage to the bathroom’s original design.
