My clients got rid of almost all of their furniture after being in their home for 24 years. They were moving out of state and wanted a fresh start. I brought in everything, with the exception of the piano, the family room sofas, the dining room table and hutch, and the white iron bed in one of the bedrooms. After staging, I listed and sold the house-- and my clients are very happily settled in their new home!
