With this project, we painted the exterior. Front and Back. Added Azek PVC window heads to cover the old concrete window heads.
Opened up the kitchen by removing the wall that was between the backdoor and dining room window.
Added a peninsula with a sink,dishwasher and a breakfast counter.
We replaced all the square corner bead with Trim-Tex 350 Bull Corner Bead
It's subtle but gives the place a more modern look.
Total remodel of the only bathroom with ceramic tile.
Added a full bathroom in the basement with ceramic tile.
