Fast forward half a century with this top-to-bottom, main level, design and remodel. Our client’s extensive renovation transports the entire first floor of their home from the 1960’s all the way up to the present day.
A long-anticipated and much-needed powder room was incorporated into the new space by removing walls and reinventing the floor plan.
Enlarging the kitchen window more than doubled the natural light and made it the perfect place for an oversized stainless-steel sink just below. Dura Supreme Maple cabinets and polished quartz countertops combine to stylishly accent the Ochre Slate oversized tiles in the kitchen and pair well with dining table for a transitional yet elegant feel. The added new powder room continues the peaceful elegance and adds a touch of ‘ocean life’ with Foil Finish Dura Supreme cabinetry in a Sea Salt finish, complemented by polished Quartzite counters.
New lighting and well-placed fixtures illuminate the finished hardwood and paint. A smart whole house water filtration system and smart lighting control were installed on the owners’ phones completing this comprehensive modernization remodel.

Lastly, we installed Smart Hub to owners' phones and a new basement door that they will not need when everything is controlled in the house.
