This sweet historic home built in 1930 was last renovated in the 80's and as you can see, it needs a bit of updating, from the 1980s linoleum flooring to the cabinets as well as all white appliances. the floor plan has drastically reduced the open feel due to the kitchen island and the frig placed in the center of the wall ( not recessed).
