This growing family has outgrew their kitchen and it was time for a major face-lift. instead of just redoing the kitchen, they have decided to bump-out and put an addition to this part of the house. Amongst the many design challenges and long new 'must have' wish list there was one that every kitchen designers they spoke to said "no"... - They had to have a very large breakfast pantry, with pocket doors, that was 60" wide. Designer Amir Ilin, from Kuche+Cucina was the only one who said "yes" and got the job. Transitional white cabinetry, that is mixed thin-shaker and wider style shaker doors were selected. Porcelain countertops and backsplash were chosen top complement the new cabinets. A custom made hood and chevron pattern wood floors completed the look of the new kitchen.
