When this couple found an old factory that was converted into a house, by the then current homeowner, they fell in love with it and made it they new home. When the family grew, instead of moving, they decided to add a level and redesign the interiors. The front had to be restored, because the building is on the historic preservation registry.

The owners hired Fogarty Finger Architects for the redesign and Kuche+Cucina, for the kitchen, the closets and the party kitchen.
Pedini cabinets were chosen, with matte glass and matte lacquer combination, creating 2 textures. The island and backsplash are natural white Carrera marble and the sink are counter is white quartz, for added durability.
