Progress is being made on the Andre residence in Santa Rosa. The method of construction is composed of pneumatically applied concrete to the Structural Concrete Insulated Panels (SCIP). The SCIP construction system offers excellent fire resistance as well as superior seismic lateral stiffness, high insulation "R" value and low sound transmission levels.
