The original home was built in the 1940's, and the Owners wanted to modernize the home while keeping the integrity of the original Cape. They faced many restrictions since the home was located in a Historic District. They were able to overcome the tight regulations and end up with an amazing finished product. The 2-car garage was also remodeled with the old-style shingles, and a pond house was constructed for the Owners to relax and enjoy the beautiful property.
