Owner wanted a new kitchen in the same space. Removed old fireplace in living room from wall on the water side. Also removed one of the sliding doors same wall and replaced with a bay window. Added a new gas fireplace and a wall of custom built-ins on the far wall. Finished the walk-out lower level and cut in a sliding door. New nautical-style deck constructed of Ipe wood.
