To create more space for his growing family, the owner’s 3 BR apartment was combined with an adjacent 2 BR apartment, adding a kid’s bedroom and bathroom, a tv room and
a study room. In addition, all windows in the landmarked facade were replaced, the HVAC system was upgraded and the interior and finishes of the existing apartment updated.
