The family acquired this San Francisco penthouse apartment during Covid and asked us to design it for their daughter, who would be living there while finishing school and later transitioning into her first job in the city. Her personal style—a blend of feminine and boho—guided the design, inspiring a space that feels relaxed, layered, and personal. To meet a tight move-in timeline, we stripped wallpaper, painted, and added electrical outlets over the winter holidays, completing the work in just a couple of weeks so she could begin the new semester fully set up and at home.
