An old farm house, built in the early 1900’s, which had been added onto and renovated several times over the years. The goal of the latest renovation was to create a new master bath, walk-in closet and laundry area on the second floor within the existing footprint of the house while preserving the character and feel of the original house. The existing master bath, bedroom and hall closets, and craft room were converted into the new space, which features a large shower, free standing bath tub, private toilet area, tall wainscoting, and period style tile work and plumbing fixtures.
