A compact, two story, addition with basement designed to fit snugly off the rear of the small 1930’s all brick cape style house. Features an elevator stopping on all three floors, a kitchen and mud room on the first floor; a master bath and guest room on the second floor; and an office/guest room and bath in the basement. The side wall of the existing garage was opened up to a new patio area to create a cozy outdoor gathering space.
