Armistead

For this project, we took a home with lots of small rooms and created a wide open floor plan. In addition to the some major changes to the layout, we also changed out all the finishes. Cabinets, flooring, lighting, tile, etc. The end result was a fully functional, updated home this family can enjoy for years to come.

Because of the new open floor plan, the kitchen had to be a show stopper. The large island with the beautiful Cambria counters provides eating and entertaining space. We chose to do black honed granite on the perimeter counters and finished it off with a patterned cement tile on the splash.

The laundry room was not overlooked. A cobalt blue sink with matching pendant was the perfect choice!

The master bath was small, but with lots of personality and storage. We designed a center tower between the sinks to give our clients personalized space for jewelry and toiletries.
