This budget-friendly renovation project was a pleasure to design and execute for our client. The home had not been updated for about 20 years and it was time to make it a reflection of the family that lives there.

In the main living areas, we replaced the carpet and tile with wood flooring. The fireplace received a complete makeover that included new tile and mantle design, as well as a built-in cabinet for the television. After the renovation was completed we freshened up their existing furnishings with some new pieces, beautiful artwork and window treatments.

The kitchen was totally transformed with new cabinets, counters, appliances and backsplash tile. We also updated the lighting with new recessed and a chandelier.

The hall bathroom was designed on a tight budget and time frame. The wallpaper we selected gives this small space so much personality and the client loves how it all turned out.
