This vacation home on the shores of Lake Michigan in Pentwater, Michigan has undergone many changes. After the entire home had been remodeled by May Builders, the exterior landscaping required some enhancement. May Builders, working collaboratively with the Client and the local governing bodies was able to provide the Clients with a landscape that was unrecognized and almost undreamable to what had once existed.

All new sidewalks, and fill materials were placed on the home site to raise the yards, and provide easy and comfortable walk ways for this vacation community. Two exterior cottages were constructed on raised concrete. All of the utilities necessary to make the cottages functional were installed underground. A driveway harkening back to the 1920's was installed to accent the early turn of the century home. All of the plantings were selected based upon their ability to provide spring to fall beauty.
