This project was for a beautiful family with two young children. The existing home had multiple step downs with oddly proportioned and separate rooms preventing a warm flowing plan.Many of the goals were focused on creating better gathering spaces that flowed well from space to space. The plan includes a small addition and a significant interior remodel with a new custom Kitchen and nook in the small addition, raised ceilings, a new uniform floor height throughout by raising the existing step-down, relocating the dining room, adding a guest room with a volume ceiling and decor items, and all new finishes and casework throughout this beautiful family home.
