Attic Conversions are one of the best ways to add square footage to a home at a fraction of the cost of conventional room additions. The homeowners asked if it was possible to utilize their attic space for living. After a full analysis we determined that it would actually cost less to convert this attic to a living area than to add a room addition to the back of the house. We had to do some design work, some engineering, some planning, and then execution.
