This early 1900's Mediterranean style home in Olmos Park Texas carried a certain charm. When the owners decided to grow their family they soon realized that their cute home was too small. Moving was out of the question. We converted the existing garage to additional living space and built a Porta cochere. The trick was to match the roof which is about 100 years old. We were up for the task.
