This is a return client from 2010 with regards to help to restore and renovate their landscape after 10 years of being under the management of several other local companies whom do not provide the custom work as we do and working in collaboration with Blue Chip Builders with the planning and construction of a pergola and then incorporating the landscape for it into the existing landscape. All of the existing older shrubs trees and seasonal perennials were renovated. Rework and repaired the existing irrigation. Several of the beds were redesigned, a series of transplanting's also performed all around the property. Mulched and fertilized all beds for a final touch. Start photos are from April 2021 through February 2022. Delays incurred with materials during the construct from Corona/Covid restrictions and distributor availability through out 2021.
