This 30-year-old downtown condo got some much needed updates. Just a few changes gave it a completely new look...
-We retextured both the walls and ceiling using a slight orange peel texture pattern for a cleaner and more contemporary look
-Replaced the doors, jams, and casings so we could give them a cleaner look to tie in with the contemporary theme
-Painted cabinets for a brighter and more updated look
-Then, we painted the space a light gray and tan to bring together some of the older finishes, like the flooring, together with the new and improved look.
-In addition, we upgraded the lighting throughout the unit with recessed LED lights controlled by dimmers.
