The unique changes to this bathroom:
-Removed cabinetry, glass block, and tub deck with step to create a more open feel
-Closed in skylight to make room for chandelier
-Removed drop-in tub and installed freestanding tub and tub filler
-Expanded shower, raised shower floor, and built new custom bench
-Enhanced lighting to include five LED recessed lights (three 4-inch and two 3-inch,) three sconce lights, and chandelier all controlled by individual dimmers.
-Multiple shower heads
-Custom granite backsplash (2cm) to match granite counter (3cm)

The unique changes to this kitchen:
-Enhanced lighting to include recessed LED lighting, under counter LED tape lighting, LED drop-down lights, and island lights all with separate dimmers
-Lowered, raised bar top to create more open feel
-New granite counters
-Custom stone tile backsplash and deco work throughout
-New wall texture and painting
-New granite undermount sink with matching strainers
-New hands-free faucet

Over the course of two major remodels both of these spaces as well as the work detailed below was completed:
-Other areas of work include three bathrooms, a laundry room, exterior and interior electrical work, exterior and interior painting, and the installation of a new roof.
