This Penthouse had the BEST view of the ocean and the waterway and the city. Simply amazing!
The view was really going to sell this property. The property has huge potential for a more contemporary update. Built in the 1980's this space had not been decorated in as many years. We removed all the wall paper and gave it a neutral color to open up the space and showcase the view.
We worked with everything the home owner already owned and simply added a few accessories. Never has "less is more" been more apt.
