An empty nest bachelor with many antiques and a very closed in space hired us to remodel his small home on a small budget. It was a beautiful makeover as we opened up the entire first floor by taking out walls that divided the kitchen from the staircase and living room. We completely changed the staircase. We replaced kitchen counter, appliances and hardware, gutted out all bathrooms, replaced all the floors with wood on first floor and hall, tile in bathrooms and carpet in bedrooms. We painted the entire home and replaced and painted all window trim, doors and base trim throughout. We also installed all new lighting and window treatments throughout.
