So we began Phase 1 working on this home in 2008 with a makeover of the kitchen area including paint, new countertops, great room furniture, flooring window treatments and decor. We lowered the bar height counters to counter height and had her bar stools lowered to counter height too Carpet in the living room and paint throughout the great room, kitchen, dinette, office areas.
Phase II started in 2011 with paint throughout the rest of the main floor, new carpet in the living room and master bedroom, new tile in the dining room. New paint, carpet and tile flooring upstairs in the two bedrooms and baths. Phase III began in 2019. We painted all of the kitchen cabinets, trim and doors in the great room area, and stained the oak floors to a walnut color. Changed all hardware on cabinets and doors. It was great fun to do 3 phases over the years with these wonderful people.
