This project is a backyard office for an architect. He wanted modern free standing building to showcase his work and what can be done with the right design. This building features a 13 ft wide building with a 13 ft cantilevered roof for RV parking. The structure itself is a simple rectangle shape but the engineering inside the foundation and walls to accommodate the overhang, include hold downs and anchors. The final product was exactly what the client was looking for, a sleek office and a shoe piece to show his clients.
